Shipping Information
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are shipped from the manufacturing facility within 3-5 working days from the date of receipt of order. We do not encourage overstocking based on speculation, therefore our Factories manufacture per order basis. Carrier normally takes 4-5 days to ship and deliver goods to your door step. We keep you posted on the order status on a real time basis.
Do you offer free shipping?
Our retail prices includes shipping costs along with applicable duty and taxes.Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we may be able to update your shipping address. Please contact our support team along with the order reference number as soon as possible for assistance. We are here to assist you in every possible way.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
If your package is delayed or lost, please reach out to our customer support. We’ll work with the carrier to locate your order or arrange a replacement if necessary. Otherwise a full refund will be credited to your account via the original payment method.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with the original hang tag enclosed. Otherwise, for any manufacturing defect we accept returns upto 180 days of delivery. Pls refer to our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policies.

How do I return an item?
You need to go to the "Your Orders" section in the Home Page and log in with your credentials. All your orders will be displayed and you can process a return by selecting and requesting a return. We will provide you with a shipping label to enable the return.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Yes, sale items, customized products, and undergarments are non-returnable. Information regarding the same will be clearly mentioned in the product description page along with product details.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received, inspected and found applicable as per our terms and conditions, we will process the refund within 3 business days.
