Shipping of Regular Items

Regular shipping cost is always included in the retail price. Delivery timeline is typically 8-10 business days. We prefer to quote a realistic time line, including the time involved in making, packing and shipping the product. Unexpected carrier delays are not accounted for and incase we foresee or are made aware of any delay, we inform our customers promptly.

Goods will be shipped using a nominated courier company and packet delivered at your doorstep; to enable a hassle free delivery kindly provide the complete address. Parcels will not be delivered to a post box number. 

Once an order has/ is shipped, the same cannot be canceled or edited. If your order has already been processed, you'll be covered under our Return Policy (refer Return policy Section).

Aei is currently shipping only to the United States of America. In the event of any location with carrier restriction, we will be unable to ship and a full refund of the payment received will be made. 

Shipping for customized products 

Regular shipping cost is always included in the retail price. All customized orders will require a PoD (Proof of Delivery) which will be provided by the carrier and will need your signature. Customized orders shipping time would be informed within 48 hours of order receipt. 

Shipping for B2B orders

The delivery timelines for B2B orders will be variable. Upon order inquiry the delivery date will be discussed and confirmed based on the quantity and raw materials availability.
