As a responsible and sustainable brand, we encourage buyers to buy judiciously and avoid returns. We have tried to provide relevant information of our products to help you buy judiciously. Returns if unavoidable due to preference, sizing, visual appeal, etc are understandable. As every return will in turn cost the consumer more and every return will add to overstocking – both ways it is un-sustainable. However, in-case of Returns, our Return Policies are very simple:

- 30 days for return from date of delivery of goods, at no additional cost.

- 60 days for return from date of delivery of goods - domestic US postal/ courier freight chargeable and will be deducted from refund amount. Incase there is a product manufacturing defect, there will be no cost charged and full amount refunded. 

- Full refund will be made within 3 working days from receipt of goods at our USA warehouse

- Return items must include original tags and boxes (if shipped in boxes) and neatly packed. 

- Return items should be as delivered product without any physical changes made due to washing, wetting, drying, ironing, dying, scratching, damaging or altering. 

- Return policies may differ from product to product. Kindly check before purchase. 

- Customized products are not returnable. Customized products can be returned only if the product delivered does not meet the requested specifications or are delivered in a damaged condition. 

- B2B orders are not returnable. 

- An email notification will be sent to your registered email id once your refund is processed. The refund may take a few days to appear on your credit card. 

- Returns will only be processed when return items are picked up by our carrier partner. Please do not use your own shipping label or preferred partner for returns as it becomes difficult for us to map the items in our system and therefore refunds get delayed. 

To Return an Order/ Item

• Click the tab “Track your Order”/ “Start a Return”
  • Log into your Aei account; If you don’t have an account create one with the same email address which you used for making the purchase
  • After logging into your account; click on “My Orders” which will take you to the list of products purchased; click on the product that you want to return
  • Click Return
  • Upon submission of your request, you will receive an email notification along with a prepaid shipping label to use when handing over the item to the carrier

To Edit an Order

• Click the tab “Track your Order”/ “Edit Order”
  • Log into your Aei account; If you don’t have an account create one with the same email address which you used for making the purchase
  • After logging into your account; click on “My Orders” which will take you to the list of products purchased; click on the product that you want to Edit
  • Click Edit
  • Edit and submit; you will receive an email notification confirming your new/ edited purchase
  • Edits can be applied within 48 hours from the time of purchase

To Cancel an Order

• Click the tab “Track your Order”/ “Cancel Order”
  • Log into your Aei account; If you don’t have an account create one with the same email address which you used for making the purchase
  • After logging into your account; click on “My Orders” which will take you to the list of products purchased; click on the product that you want to Cancel
  • Click Cancel
  • Cancel and submit; you will receive an email notification confirming your cancellation and also confirming initiation of your refund.
  • Cancellation can be applied within 48 hours from the time of purchase

Missing or misplaced packages

If any order is marked as “fulfilment complete” or you track your order and it shows as “delivered” but you have not received the order, please wait for a day and thereafter reach out to our customer care: care@aeistudio.com

Missing packages needs to be informed notified within 3 working days from the date of notification of order showing as “fulfilment complete” or “delivered”. 

If any item is not delivered to you – misplaced by carrier or lost in transit or untraceable, you will be given a full refund or a replacement will be sent to you. 

We stand behind our products in terms of quality and workmanship for 1 year. Incase of any manufacturing defect we will ensure a refund or replacement as the request may be. We are a responsible and sustainable brand and want to ensure our products are durable for a long period of time. We will stand by our commitment.
