The leather used in this product is a by-product of the meat industry. The leather has been tanned using non hazardous chemicals and is 100% biodegradable. 
 

Delivery:
'- Goods will be delivered at your door step; therefore it is important you give us the correct address for delivery
'- Goods will not be delivered to a post box number
'- Goods delivered will be inclusive of all shipping/ freight cost and all applicable duty, tariff and taxes paid 
'- Goods are made to order therefore delivery of goods might take 8-10 working days from the date of confirmation

Returns:
'- 30 days for return from date of delivery of goods, at no additional cost.
'- 60 days for return from date of delivery of goods - domestic US postal/ courier freight chargeable and will be deducted from refund amount. Incase there is a product manufacturing defect, there will be no cost charged and full amount refunded. 
'- Item should be neatly packed and must include the hang tag when returned
'- Full refund will be made within 3 working days from receipt of goods at our USA warehouse
